GOPS
A downloadable game for Windows
GOPS is a computerized version of a two-player card game called “Game of Pure Strategy” or “Goofspiel” (the game file is “GOPS.exe”). I think it was created by someone in the 1930's. You play against the computer. The instructions are included in the “Help" menu. Windows only.

Install instructions
Use 7-Zip to extract. Download 7-Zip if you don't have it, then right click on game zip file, then "Show More Options" then "7 Zip" then "Extract Files".
Executable is GOPS.exe in the main folder. Windows only.
Instructions on how to play are included in the game under the "Help" menu.
You can create desktop shortcuts to make it easier to access files.
If you get a Smart App Control block either on the main program or with a shortcut since it is unsigned, go to the main executable program file, right click on it, select "Properties" and under "Security" check the box "Unblock", then Apply and OK.
